This blog is intended to share varying ideas and thoughts on workers’ compensation claims management. We understand not everyone will have the same opinion as our authors. However, we respectfully ask we interact appropriately and adhere to the community guidelines listed below. We reserve the right to remove comments we consider offensive or inappropriate to our readers or do not follow the guidelines set forth.
- Be Polite. Any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, inflammatory, discriminatory or otherwise objectionable will be removed.

- Keep information confidential. Do not post remarks that reveal personally identifiable information, including claim numbers and case and account details.
- Use Appropriate Channels. If you need assistance with a claim or resolution, please contact your claims manager at NLA. We are unable to discuss claim specific issues on this forum.
